I have been knitting since I was in school. But I started up again and very seriously started to learn last December. A year ago. I got into bed and put on YouTube and watched everything I could find. Learnt the basics of reading patterns and adding and reducing stitches etc. I told myself this first year will be about picking up basics. And I ended up knitting a sweater for myself. Which needs shoulder pads now due to the whool I used. Last year I started knitting gloves but it was turning out bad.

This year I picked up my needles only to begin with gloves. I think it is a pretty good attempt! I'm typing while wearing it. Hopefully I can move to making the fingers later on.

Small achievements is what I aim for.
