Any product purchased from ADPARSTORE can be exchanged or returned under the following circumstances:

Return is only allowed in cases where the product is found to be damaged or the product received is different from the order.ADPARSTORE should be intimated in writing of damage within 12 hours after receiving the product. It is mandatory that the damaged item is retu

rned back to ADPARSTORE with original packing, labels, and price tags. Refunds will only be processed once ADPARSTORE has received the product and analyzed the cause of damage. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or different from the order. Once the order is processed it cannot be canceled/refunded unless in case of the damaged or different product received at dispatch as mentioned above.
