Dear Readers,

This law strictly prohibits that no case can be reported by any one “other than a report published under the authority of a Provincial Government”.
Those not having licence of publication and/or reporting and assigning citations are committing violation of this law which attracts penalty under section 7.
In our daily Tax Newsletter, from April 2026, we will report all cases ordered by the courts/tribunals with a short summary. These will appear online at our website under Taxation & E-Taxation to facilitate updation in real time.
E-Taxation (online in real-time) will contain:
1. All cases of Tribunals/FTO/PRA/SRB/KPRA/BRA
2. All cases declared not fit for reporting (only text without citation)
