It is the right of OrdersOnline to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may be asked for further information (not just limited to the phone number and the address) before we accept your order. Delivery and Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after (receipt of payment) / (confirmation of order) and are shipped via courier with tracking number. we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Mostly transportation/courier/shipping fees are included in your product price but in some cases shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs fees vary and may be required additionally according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. What are the conditions for returning the item?
• Product seal must be intact.
• Item must be returned in original condition.
• Item must include all packaging and accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)

OrdersOnline will submit your case to your respective bank within 2 business days. However, we cannot commit any turnaround time taken by the bank to reverse the amount. What if I receive a faulty product? If you receive an electronic item or an edible product in damaged/ broken, expired condition or any product that does not match its description, you can return it within 48 hours for replacement / exchange. What are the items that cannot be returned but can be exchanged? We offer 7 day return policy for everything except.
