Shipping Details

1- Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.1,999.
2- We charge Rs.200 on all orders under the value of Rs.1,999.
3- Orders received in working days will be dispatched the next day.
4- Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
5- Delivery time is between 4 to 6 working days (No
delivery on Sundays). 6- However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season.
7- On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need an advance payment. These order will not be shipped via a courier. They will be sent via Daewoo or a similar service and would have to be picked up by the customer.
8- Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG. Returns & Exchanges Policy

1- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed item with original tags within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
2- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
3- Customer needs to return the item via any registered courier service on his own expense to our address.
4- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
5- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
