Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Sharjah, UAE. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the daily schedule of the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties. The Personal Assistant will also be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and efficient manner, as well as performing other ad hoc tasks as required.Qualifications:Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. Must have pleasant personality and presentable demeanour. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willing to travel if required. Fluency in English is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
