ORDERING
Placing your orders means you are ready to commit in settling your purchase/s. Do not place your order if you are not willing to wait and pay on time. PRE-ORDER
All items are Pre-order unless otherwise stated. PAYMENT
After receiving our confirmation, please settle your payment on or before the payment due date given. For Pre-orders: If you chose to order thru Multiply Cart System, you are required to pay the full amount. For orders sent thru the Order Form, Multiply Order Form, Facebook and SMS, 50% downpayment of the total amount is required. Remaining balance + shipping fee should be settled on or before the shipment arrives. You will be given 30 days to settle your remaining balance. Failure to pay within the given date, your orders will be available for others and your downpayment will be forfeited which will serve as penalty for payment delinquency. Last day of downpayment will be on the day after the cut off date. For On-hand items, you are required to pay the full amount within 2 business days. If you failed to pay, the item will be available for other buyers. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is settled. SHIPPING
If your orders are complete and you are already fully paid, we will ship it the next day. Once the parcel is forwarded to the courier, we have no control of it but we can help you track the package.We shall not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of shipment due to acts of God, natural calamity or bad weather condition. Please note that Discounts and Promos may change without notice and only order/s that arrived will be counted. For returning clients who ordered but did not pay and wished to order again, you will no longer avail the returning client discounts. PACKAGE INSURANCE
We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage if client will not pay for the insurance of package. OUT OF STOCK ITEM/S
We can check the availability of the item/s you are purchasing. However, stocks are unstable until the package is shipped or sometimes we can only confirm the out of stock item when the package arrives. Please provide alternative order/s to prevent delay of shipments. It's either different color or style. If alternative order/s is also out of stock, we will refund your payment. WRONG / DEFECTIVE ITEM/S
On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes on shipping item, when this happens, please contact us, we will make it right by issue you a full refund or reship the correct item. We reserve the right to request for photos of the wrong item shipped to you. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
No return, no exchange. Only products considered with defect or wrong (If I ordered the wrong color, wrong item, wrong size) can be exchanged. If you have received your order for more than 2 days, no returns are allowed. You can be rest assured, however, that all products are carefully checked and packed before being sent to you. If the shoes doesn't fit you, we can help you sell it and re-order your correct size or refund your money after. PAYMENT REFUND
Once downpayment or full amount is paid, you are not allowed to ask for refund. Only out of stock and damaged/wrong items will receive full payment refund. Please take note that refund will be sent after I received the damaged/wrong item.
