How to order/ Terms and conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before you place an order.

How to place an order:

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

All shoes are hand-made and no machines used

Please be 100% sure and check everything before you place an order. Items once RESERVED are considered SOLD.

No refund or cancellation of orders.

Since these are made-to-order shoes. we will require 50% downpayment upon reservation. Payment should be made 1-2 days after reservation. Items will be available 3-4 weeks after payment has been received. We will inform you when your orders are already available after which the remaining 50% of the price should be settled 1-2days. Costumers should send us thru sms or email the control number of their payment for us to process the shipment. Paid items will be sent the next day after payment is confirmed.
