POLICIES:
1. “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED” BASIS. First person to comment “mine” will have the first chance to buy the item. Person to comment “next” will have the chance to buy the item if the first person fails to pay within the agreed payment cut-off.
2. FOR SHIPMENT OR DELIVERY OF ITEM. Shipment fee or SF shall be shouldered by the buyer. Item will be shipped only upon full payment of the item’s selling price plus SF.
3. FOR MEET-UP. Meet-up place must be agreed upon by the buyer and the seller. A fee will be charged to the buyer to cover for the transportation/gasoline expense. The fee will depend on the agreed meet-up place. The buyer must make a downpayment (DP) prior to the meet-up date. DP will be 50% of the item’s selling price. DP is not refundable in case the buyer fails to get the item on the agreed meet-up date and place due to buyer’s fault or no-show. The remaining 50% plus meet-up fee must be paid during the meet-up.
