We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing team! If you have strong communication skills, love talking to people, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
💼 Responsibilities
- Outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Qualify leads and set appointments for agents
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs
🎯 Skill Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Call center/ISA/real estate experience (preferred but not required)
- Able to work US hours
- Coachable, reliable, and organized
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy
🎯 Technical Requirements
- Laptop or PC
- At least 80–90 Mbps internet speed
- Wired headset (Jabra)
- Backup internet connection
- Power backup (UPS or equivalent)
