Job Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide excellent customer service, assist with product selection, maintain store cleanliness, and support the daily operations of retail area. You’ll play a key role in helping our customers find the right health and wellness products while promoting a positive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and timely manner
Provide information on products and services offered in-store
Assist customers with locating items and answering general inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, displays, and shelves
Ensure products are properly labeled, stocked, and rotated (FIFO)
Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
Support inventory management through stock checks, replenishment, and receiving shipments
Collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and store efficiency
Uphold all company policies and health/safety regulations
Assist in promoting health and wellness products through suggestive selling
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or healthcare is a plus
Prior retail experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
Basic math and computer literacy skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
