The Talisay Express Service Office (TESO) is now officially open! Held last July 15, 2025, the Blessing and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony at the 2nd Floor of The District North Point marked the beginning of faster, friendlier, and more efficient government services for every Talisaynon.

The ceremony was highlighted by a message from Mayor Atty. Maria Rowena "Weng" Guadalupe L. Lizares, reaffirming the city’s commitment to efficient, citizen-centered governance. This was preceded by the project rationale shared by Mr. Ismael P. Penado, Assistant City Administrator, and a welcome message from Ms. Sharon Villar-Ciocon, General Manager of Ayala Malls.
