Essential oils are not new science. I bet Mary - the mother of Jesus did not attended an EO 101 class to learn about Myrrh and Frankincense. Moses did not worry about safety when it came to using Myrrh, Cinnamon, Calamus and Cassia in the Holy Anointing Oil.

For centuries, these plant essences have been used by people before us for cleansing, healing, anointing, sanctification, worship and even funerals!

Now, only if we modern people would let go of the fear and simply choose a pure form of essential oil, drop it in the diffuser (that usually comes in the starter bundle), and watch your home environment change. See your children start to play nicely as their posture shows you they are getting oxygen, feeling great and happy.

So simple, yet it can be so difficult because our society is used to everything fast paced, the need for a profit, what’s in it for me?, how can I get something out of you?, how can I double the profit in return?, and how can I cut corners to make a few more bucks?

Our sources and text books come from bias conclusions funded by rich companies that use unequal experiments and essential oils that are tainted.

In my early years of learning about essential oils, I learned a new word to add to my vocabulary. It was “adulterated”.

What does it mean?
Think of it like this... There is a husband and a wife. They are a married couple. But if a third person is involved, one of them is committing adultery.

When essential oils are adulterated, chemicals are added to them. Business traders use them to multiply their quantity and definitely poisoning the quality. These chemicals are odourless and colourless, but extremely flammable. The label would say, “Do not ingest”. You cant even detect them! They have the same molecular formula but different isomers.

But if I can eat basil leaf, yet I cannot ingest basil oil, I would wonder... what have you done to the oil?

There is a lot of confusion as well as fear. Many choose to distant themselves because of a lack of knowledge.

DEEP BREATH CHEST RUB

One way to enjoy the holidays more is to make sure everyone is in tip-top health! This DIY chest rub is a must-have this time of year, especially if you have little ones. It’s simple to make, safe to use, and WORKS. Simply apply whenever your chest is a little heavy and you need some extra respiratory support!

SUPPLIES

• ½ cup coconut oil

• 30 drops Raven

• 10 drops Peppermint

• Small glass bowl or jar

DIRECTIONS

1) Melt the coconut oil in a glass bowl or jar.

2) Add Raven and mix through.

3) Pour into a glass jar that can be sealed and use as needed.
