All pre-orders are considered final. Once your reservation is confirmed, cancellations will not be accepted.

Clients who back out from confirmed pre-orders may be restricted from joining future reservations and promotions.

A required down payment may be requested to secure your slot. Down payments are strictly non-refundable.
4๏ธโฃ Allocation Policy
Pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation. In the event of limited allocation, priority will be given to customers with good payment records and no outstanding balances.
5๏ธโฃ Estimated Arrival Dates
Arrival dates provided are estimates only and may change due to shipping delays, customs processing, or supplier adjustments beyond our control.
6๏ธโฃ Full Payment
Remaining balance must be settled within the payment period provided once the item arrives.
7๏ธโฃ Unclaimed Orders
Orders that remain unpaid beyond the given deadline may be released to waiting customers without prior notice.

Minor differences in packaging, card condition, or manufacturer quality control are beyond our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
