Our favorite Green Smoothie Recipe is packed with fiber, carbs, protein, healthy fat and potassium. It’s a meal on its own!

Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1pc banana
1/2 apple, sliced
A handful of spinach
1tbsp chia seeds
1cup milk (I use whole milk but you can replace with almond milk or soy)

Procedure:
Just blend together!

Note:
Refrigerate avocado and freeze the banana and apple so you don’t need to add ice.
