nangangailangan ng saklolo.

EXTEND A HELPING HAND.
Ang buhay ay mahalaga.
Maging mapagmatyag.

Don’t underestimate the reassuring effect
of simply reaching out.

If you just pay careful attention,
mararamdaman natin if someone close to us
is feeling down.

We should make our presence felt
and if we can, talk about positive things
and happy moments you’ve shared together.

Kapag aware ang mga tao sa paligid niya
