Apparently sa pinas ang pinakamababang price ng HONOR X9d. Other regions like Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam have significantly higher price tags than us. May special pricing pa nga for pre-orders eh. That's a steep increase from the price of the X9C last year.
You can attribute that to rising DRAM and memory prices - it looks like HONOR Philippines has decided to tank a lot of the added cost to keep the price of the phone under 20,000.
This is just the beginning folks - if your favorite brand doesn't tank some of added cost of new phones as they're released, you can expect price increases like this from affordable phones to flagship devices.
