Parents of teenagers — honest question.

Do your kids sometimes answer like this?

“How was your day?”

Teen:
“Fine.”

“Okay.”

“Nothing.”

Many parents feel frustrated because conversations with teens become short or turn into arguments.

One small communication trick that helps is asking open questions instead of yes/no questions.

Instead of asking:
“Did you have a good day?”

Try asking:
“What was the most interesting part of your day today?”

Small changes in communication can open bigger conversations.

I created a simple ebook called:

Parenting Gen Z: How to Communicate With Teens Without Constant Arguments.

If you want the guide, comment GENZ and I’ll send it to you.

Many parents think teenagers are becoming more disrespectful today.

But sometimes the real problem is something else.

Gen Z kids grew up in a completely different world.

Social media, constant online connection, and unlimited information shaped how they think.

Understanding this difference can improve communication at home.

That’s why I created a simple ebook for parents about communicating with Gen Z.

Do conversations with your teenager always turn into arguments?

Many parents today feel like they are losing connection with their kids.

Instead of listening, we react immediately.
Instead of understanding, we correct.

One simple rule helped me improve communication with my Gen Z kids:

Listen → Understand → Guide

Listening first changed everything in our conversations.

I wrote a simple guide about communicating with Gen Z kids.

One mistake I made as a parent of Gen Z kids.

Story:

When my child tried to explain something, I often interrupted and started lecturing.

I thought I was helping.

But I later realized I was only making them feel unheard.

Lesson:

Sometimes our kids don't need correction first.
They need someone who will listen.
