🚨 NAWAWALA ANG COR, NIRI, ATP, LIBRO O MGA RESIBO?

Ayon sa webinar today ng BIR tungkol sa “BIR One-Time Abatement Program,” kasama raw sa covered violations ang mga violations na nasa RMO No. 7-2015.

Kaya kung may nawalang COR, NIRI, ATP, libro, o mga resibo, baka sakop ito ng program!

Para sa iba pang covered violations, you can check RMO No. 7-2015 below.

Pero hindi ibig sabihin na automatic nang covered lahat. Kailangan pa ring tingnan kung qualified ang taxpayer, kabilang ang pagiging Micro Taxpayer at kung pasok sa prescribed threshold limit.

May old compliance issue? Baka ito na ang chance para maayos ito.

The BIR has issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 090-2026 to clarify whether the Certificate of Compliance issued by the Cooperatives and Social Enterprise Authority (CSEA) of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) may be accepted in lieu of the Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) for purposes of securing a Certificate of Tax Exemption (CTE).
