1) Wash your body with regular soap, BEST if you use the Sugar Dolls PH Frozen Milk Face & Body Soap.
2) Rub the soap on your skin and rinse it.
3) After rinsing, gently apply the Sugar Dolls PH Frozen Milk Body Scrub all over your body and let it sit for at least 5-10 minutes.
4) After soaking your skin with the body scrub, rinse and dry well.
5) Apply the Sugar Dolls Sunflower Oil afterwards for BEST RESULTS.
