AJV started its operations at first in assisting SME’s to adopt productivity and quality improvements. The extensive experience and proven track record of founder of AJV to improve companies in terms of profitability, quality and productivity made known to others and calls the attention of colleagues, friends and some private & government agencies. Referrals, invitations and recommendations to become judge in different private and government productivity and quality contest came in and later on request for consultancy service. Our head Consultant/founder is a highly competent Industrial Engineer with Master of Science in Management Engineering and Environmental Management degree; has a proven track record in effectively managing companies in terms of profitability, productivity, quality and systems improvement (from small/medium scale to large multinational companies); has extensive experience in all facets of Production, Quality, Process Engineering, Production Planning and Control, Purchasing, Human Resource, R & D, Logistics, Warehousing, Sales & Marketing, Accounting and Internal & External Auditing; has more than 10 years experience in systems set- up, documentation, implementation, and processing of ISO 9001 QMS, EMS 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 27000, GMP / HACCP / ISO & FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System / PQA alignment and certification ; documents & processes all DENR environmental requirements /permits like ECC, PTO, EIA, SMR, IEE etc. Other Qualifications of head Consultant/founder:
