Please note that, as per our new policy, a 100 PHP penalty fee per book will be added to the balance for any payments not settled by the deadline.

Additionally, for customers whose installments remain unpaid and who have been unresponsive to our messages, please be advised that if your book has already arrived, we will allow until the end of the month to settle the outstanding balance.

Any orders that remain unpaid and unclaimed after this period will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

While we understand that not everyone may be able to pay the monthly installments, we do expect buyers to communicate with us.
