We regret to inform you that BREWING SUNSET will be TEMPORARILY CLOSED due to coastal erosion affecting our area. These conditions have made it necessary for us to pause operations while we assess and find a new spot.

We are working hard to restore the café and ensure that it is safe and welcoming when we reopen. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

Why Phin Filter?
Vietnamese filter or Phin filter is a traditional drip style coffee brewer.

As a Coffee Bar located at a Coastal Area, our goal is to help Mother Nature to reduce waste consumption. We chose Phin filter as our brewing method since it’s a reusable and no paper filter required means less waste and no use of electricity.

Phin filter coffee allows you to enjoy the natural flavor of coffee without any impurities. This brewing method maximizes the flavor and caffeine content of the coffee, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience.

Phin filter coffee relies on gravity for extraction rather than pressure or immersion, it tends to produce a more consistent flavor profile. This means that each cup of coffee will have a similar taste and quality, which is important for those who want to enjoy a consistently satisfying cup of coffee.

Unlike other methods such as espresso, which use high pressure and finely ground coffee, phin coffee employs a simple, traditional process to extract flavors and aromas, highlighting the unique characteristics of coffee beans.
