1. Vegetable Spring Rolls

Ingredients
• 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
• 1/2 cup carrot (julienned)
• 1/2 cup bell pepper (sliced)
• 2 green onions (chopped)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp garlic (minced)
• Spring roll wrappers
• Oil for frying

Instructions
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
2. Add cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir fry for 2–3 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce and green onions, then mix well.
4. Let the filling cool.
5. Place filling on a wrapper and roll tightly.
6. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
7. Serve with sweet chili sauce.

2. Chicken Spring Rolls

Ingredients
• 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded)
• 1/2 cup cabbage
• 1/4 cup carrot
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• Spring roll wrappers

Instructions
1. Heat oil and sauté garlic.
2. Add chicken, cabbage, and carrot.
3. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
4. Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the pan.
5. Cook for 2 minutes and cool the mixture.
6. Fill wrappers and roll tightly.
7. Deep fry until crispy.

3. Shrimp Spring Rolls

Ingredients
• 1/2 lb shrimp (chopped)
• 1/2 cup bean sprouts
• 1/4 cup carrot
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 tsp chili sauce
• Spring roll wrappers

Instructions
1. Cook shrimp with garlic in a pan.
2. Add bean sprouts and carrot.
3. Mix fish sauce and chili sauce.
4. Cook for 2 minutes and let cool.
5. Fill wrappers and roll.
6. Fry until golden and crispy.

4. Thai Spring Rolls

Ingredients
• 1 cup ground chicken
• 1/4 cup noodles (cooked)
• 1/4 cup cabbage
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp basil

Instructions
1. Cook ground chicken in a pan.
2. Add noodles and cabbage.
3. Mix fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar.
4. Add basil and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Cool the filling.
6. Roll in wrappers and fry until crispy.

5. Vietnamese Fresh Rolls

Ingredients
• Rice paper wrappers
• 1/2 lb cooked shrimp
• 1 cup rice vermicelli
• 1/2 cup lettuce
• 1/4 cup carrot
• 1/4 cup fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)

Instructions
1. Dip rice paper in warm water to soften.
2. Place lettuce, noodles, shrimp, carrot, and herbs on the wrapper.
3. Fold sides and roll tightly.
4. Serve fresh with peanut dipping sauce.

6. Buffalo Chicken Rolls

Ingredients
• 1 cup cooked chicken
• 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
• 1/4 cup cream cheese
• 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp green onion
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
1. Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
2. Add green onion and garlic powder.
3. Place mixture in wrappers.
4. Roll tightly.
5. Fry until crispy and golden.

7. Korean Kimchi Rolls

Ingredients
• 1 cup kimchi (chopped)
• 1/2 cup tofu (optional)
• 1/4 cup carrot
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp gochujang

Instructions
1. Cook kimchi in a pan for 2 minutes.
2. Add tofu and carrot.
3. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochujang.
4. Cook briefly and cool.
5. Roll in wrappers.
6. Fry until crispy.

8. Tex-Mex Spring Rolls

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup ground beef
• 1/2 cup black beans
• 1/2 cup corn
• 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin

Instructions
1. Cook ground beef in a pan.
2. Add black beans and corn.
3. Mix chili powder and cumin.
4. Cook for 2 minutes and cool.
5. Add cheese and roll in wrappers.
6. Fry until golden.

9. Sweet Chili Tofu Rolls

Ingredients
• 1 cup tofu (diced)
• 1/2 cup cabbage
• 1/2 cup bell pepper
• 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp garlic

Instructions
1. Cook tofu in a pan until slightly golden.
2. Add cabbage and bell pepper.
3. Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic.
4. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. Cool the filling and roll in wrappers.
6. Fry until crispy.
