With Chef Mikoβs current Tasting Menu revolving around her food memories and personal growth, it is fitting that the end of the meal is capped off with the latest interpretation of the CHOCOLATE TEXTURES, a Metronome Tasting Menu highlight from day 1. Over the years, this dessert has gone through a number of flavor and design enhancements. This latest version is further refined by the introduction of an additional local artisan chocolate. Joining Risa Chocolates (), Auro Chocolate (), and Lerio Chocolate (), is Tigre y Oliva () to further add depth, flavor, and texture.
