My sister asked me to clone her loose vest. As I tried my best to align the colors of the edging, I agonized over the thought of running out of yarn. I was preparing my script to beg for a matching yarn or wait for the next yarn posting. As it turned out, I have more than enough and I stressed myself by overthinking 😂

When I started crocheting, it never occured to me that it could be something difficult to learn (unlike embroidery 😂) Even when I'm working on something I knew I haven't tried before, I could easily figure it out. Like I said, it feels like a memory.

So this is the project where I used the two types of ribbed edging.

Did you notice that the edging on one armhole is 2cm shorter than the other? No? I wasn't really counting the stitches.. hehe.. I just wanted a crochet project in which I can use as little precious brain cells as possible 🤪

Also, the plan was supposed to be a V-neck vest. Somewhere along the way, it decided to be round. 😅

I had a hard time doing the ss blo rib stitch. And when I tried the SC blo rib stitch, the edging looked flared. So I combined the two to make the piece I'm working on look put together.

Let me know if you've tried this. ☺️

I used up the remaining clay to make this dish. A small piece broke off, but I think it still looks good.
No special reason why I chose these colors. They're what I have at the moment 😁 I'm not used to painting with acrylic yet, so I don't want to end up with a lot of materials I wouldn't be able to use in the future.

Should I make another dish? I don't know.. I have to consult my feelings 😂
