Ngayong Valentine’s, hihimayin natin ang mga anyo ng pag-ibig sa makabagong panahon. Mula sa pag-iwas sa love bombing at romance scams, hanggang sa pag-se-set ng healthy boundaries at pagbuo ng small daily habits para sa isang matatag at ligtas na relasyon.

Dahil ang pag-ibig, hindi lang basta nararamdaman—ito’y pinoprotektahan, inaalagaan, at pinipili araw-araw.

There are many ways to advocate for health and wellness, and each choice reflects a personal purpose. I chose the Pink Run because it aligns with my desire to empower breast cancer survivors and warriors, promote early detection, and support patients with breast cancer. I did not join the 7/11 Run not because it is less meaningful, but because distance and event freebies were not part of my goal.

My purpose is to promote health, support women, and encourage wellness rooted in individual values. We are all created uniquely by God, with different passions and reasons for our choices. 🤗

At the end of the day, there is no room for judgment, only respect, understanding, and love. 💖 Congratulations to all Pink Run and 7/11 runners. May God bless us all. 🤍🌸💕🙏🏻💐
