LOOKING FOR A SECRETARY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
• Handle emails, calls, and official communications
• Maintain confidential files and records
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, publishers, and different departments
• Assist in office management and daily operations
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other documents
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
• Assist in bookkeeping and documentation tasks when needed
• Help organize shipments, events, seminars, exhibits, and book fairs
• Accompany management to meetings and business trips when necessary
• Prepare meals if needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Trustworthy and professional in handling confidential matters
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Canva, and related office tools
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel to different regions
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours if needed
• Will report to office at Araneta Avenue, Quezon City
• Experience in office administration or executive support is an advantage
