Order:
• Kindly fill-out and e-mail and/or PM the Station ID Order Form ONLY if you are 100% sure to order. Only completed order form will be processed.
• PAYMENT FIRST Policy is implemented. Once payment has been made, kindly PM and/or e-mail accordingly together with your proof of payment.
• First PAID and First SERVED rule applies. Upon payment, layout is submitted within 5 working days (Saturday and Sundays not included). Production lead time is within 2 weeks (Saturday and Sundays included. STILL dependent on the production load).
• Revision is allowed. Up to two corrections only. Kindly submit a complete instruction i.e. font, color, font selection, image/design and other pertinent details to be used. Before approval of your own material, kindly proofread spelling, images and font to be used. We are not responsible for any misspelled names and/or words and other incorrect information once you have already approved your layout for production/printing.
• Mode of payment is in CASH only via the following: BDO, LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier, Smart Money, GCash and Western Union.
• Our rate includes FREE layout and FREE eco bag* (*available until supplies last). Shipment/Deliveries/Meet-ups:
o We use XEND for MM and/or Provincial Orders. And shipping will be shouldered by client. o Meet-up is FREE of charge in JOLLIBEE infront of Camp Crame, QC
o Likewise, we can schedule meet-ups in the malls and/or LRT/MRT stations FREE of charge for orders P 10,000 and above within MM only. Other than that, we charge transportation fare. Others:
Once order form has been submitted, No cancellation of order form and sad to say you will be included in the BLACKLIST by doing so. For proper assistance and accommodation, complaints will only be entertained within 2 to 5 days upon receipt of order via e-mail and/or FB. Upon turn-over of the items to the courier service, STATIONID is not held liable for any damages, mishandlings, or delays. But we will extend assistance, if there’s any incident.
