Leather phone case attempt #3

For my first 2 attempts, I tried wrapping the leather around a hard case but after a few months of use the leather would start peeling(probably from my constantly removing from and placing my phone in the case. NOT IDEAL.

For this third attempt, I decided to do a leather back instead so there will be no risk of the leather peeling around the curves of the case. I think this is a much better version that would last much longer than just a few months.

Recently, I received orders for three different custom notebook covers from three different people.

I'm glad to know people still enjoy writing things down instead of just typing it! I also prefer writing to typing but the problem is that my penmanship is so bad even I have a hard time deciphering words I've written down. (I apologize to all my teachers who had to read my handwritten essays. 😬)

Achievement Unlocked: Hand Dyed Leather!

Hand dyeing leather may add a few extra steps to my process but seeing how unique the final product is makes it all worth it!

For this piece, I hand dyed the front a teal color(in honor of my new logo!), then I used this gorgeous brown leather for the interior. Finished it off with teal stitching and dark brown edges.
