Dear valued customers,
We would like to inform you that we have recently expanded our delivery service coverage to better serve you. However, there are still some areas that are outside our standard delivery zones, which incur additional expenses and logistical challenges for our team.
As a result, we will be implementing a new policy for customers residing in out-of-delivery-zone areas. Starting from April 28, 2023, customers in these areas will be required to pay a downpayment of 100-200 pesos, depending on the distance and complexity of the delivery, to confirm their order.
We understand that this may come as an inconvenience to some of our customers, but we assure you that this is necessary to maintain the quality of our service and ensure timely delivery of your orders. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

Batanes, Palawan, Basilan, Romblon, Sulu, Ifugao, Bukidnon, Tawi-tawi, Maguindanao, Marawi, Lanao del Sur/del Norte
