For us to evaluate your Bosch powertools if it is still under the PERIOD of WARRANTY (6months or 1year warranty depending on the BOSCH genuine powertools model) purchased anywhere in the Philippines.
2) Then we will request you to have your powertools be sent via LALAMOVE to BOSCH SERVICE CENTER (TOOLCLINIC CORP.) located at Unit A No. 20 D Tuazon St., cor Luskot St. Brgy Don Manuel Quezon City
3) Send us via text, viber, messenger or email the screen shot of booking details of your BOSCH powertools in lalamove : Reference Number, Drivers Name, Originating location
4) We will pay for the delivery charge of lalamove
5 ) We will repair your BOSCH powertools effecting the terms of Bosch Warranty including Exception to repairable items which includes CARBON BRUSH, BEARINGS, POWER CABLE, SCREW, SPAREPARTS CONSIDERED AS ACCESSORIES AND CONSUMABLES, GREASING AND LUBRICATION
6)After repairing the tools and settlement of spare parts replaced that are not covered by BOSCH WARRANTY
7) We will return your BOSCH POWERTOOLS upon confirmation that you can receive it within the time duration of LALAMOVE for delivery. Once confirmed the return delivery will be booked and paid by us. All confirmed return delivery that were not accepted by the customer in the confirmed delivery place within the time of delivery will be sent by LALAMOVE in their main office as a matter of their procedure, in such a case, the customer will shoulder the cost of redelivery
8) Coverage area - within the range of Lalamove delivery areas in metro manila and in some neighboring provinces.
