It was such a joy to release the Colombia Cerro Azul and Ethiopia Gesha Village during our anniversary last month. These two coffees were among the first geishas that truly wowed me when I started my coffee journey, so being able to roast them feels extra special.

🇨🇴 Colombia El Indio Tolima
This coffee has a tropical profile reminding me of pineapple and passion fruit. It has an orange-like acidity, and its finish gives dark chocolate.

🇮🇩 Indonesia Munduk Bali
This coffee also has a tropical x chocolate-like profile with notes reminding me of mango and pomelo. This also has a chocolatey finish.

🇨🇳 China Simao Yunnan
We finally got a Yunnan Origin back in our lineup. It has a refreshing tropical x citrusy profile.

It’s an honor to be part of the first Coffee Flavor Profile Mapping in the Philippines! 🇵🇭

Q Graders and cuppers came together to explore the flavors and qualities of coffees from Mt. Apo, covering areas like Bansalan, Kidapawan, and Makilala.

This activity helps us better understand the identity of an origin and highlights the wide range of quality coffees the Philippines can offer. It’s inspiring to see the industry work together toward this goal.
