I believe there is a certain madness to the night, a quiet that isn’t actually comforting but haunting. Everything that I’ve tried to push aside during the day, every small worry, every buried fear, missed deadlines, future lifes, suddenly rises like ghosts in the dark.

It starts with a single thought and before I know it, it will be an endless thoughts that crashes over me, making me question everything.

I just lie there in the dead silence, wide awake, staring at the ceiling as if it holds some answers for all of my worries.

There’s this relentless feeling that I should have it all figured out by now. As if my future depends on these sleepless nights and endless overthinking.

But deep down, I know life isn’t that generous. It doesn’t offer easy answers just because we’re desperate to find them.

Sometimes, it’s simply about staying grounded and trusting that things will work out, even if they’re too tangled to straighten out right now. I don’t have to fix everything in this moment.

Handing over everything weighing on me to Him may not be an instant fix, but it does lighten the load.

What’s meant to be will be, and no midnight worrying session is going to change that.

Sometimes, the best thing I can do is rest. Tomorrow is a new day, and I’ll face whatever comes then.

So tonight, I’m shutting down all the what ifs and should haves. I’ll believe that tomorrow, I’ll find the strength I need.

Judging a person is simply a way of staying in their business.

If you can’t handle someone’s behavior then by all means do what you need to do to take care of yourself, but judging them doesn’t solve anything.

Release the need to characterize their journey. Their path isn't yours to grade; your peace is yours to guard.

Protect your peace without attacking theirs. You don't need to make them a villain just to justify making yourself a priority.

True boundaries are silent. They aren't about winning an argument or changing a person; they are about deciding where your energy ends and theirs begins.

Choosing to leave a room doesn't require you to set it on fire.

I made too many promises to myself, but only to break them one by one.

So I started to accept whatever comes, whatever leaves, and whatever happens in my life. Now, I just let things happen as it is.

Letting life flow as it should.

For the longest time, I waited for the perfect moment — I told myself I’d start when I felt braver, when life felt lighter, when I could be sure I wouldn’t fail.

But life doesn’t wait for us to feel ready. It keeps moving. It rewrites plans overnight. It takes, it gives, and it places responsibilities, heartbreaks, and decisions in our hands when we feel least equipped to carry them.

The right time never comes on its own.

The “right time” isn’t something we stumble upon. It’s something we choose, often while standing in uncertainty. And even if we’re scared, even if we’re unsure, even if we might fail, it’s always better to try than to do nothing at all.

For some time, I denied myself the things I loved, convincing myself that it was the responsible or “right” thing to do. Over time, that way of living became heavy. It narrowed my perspective and made life feel smaller, quieter, and less colorful. I forgot how to delight in the little things.

Eventually, I learned that slowing down is not a failure: it is a form of care.

It’s okay to daydream, to enjoy simple pleasures without guilt. Joy does not have to be extravagant to be meaningful. Sometimes, it’s found in the ordinary.

Still, it’s important to be mindful. Ask yourself: Does this help me grow? Choosing happiness does not mean ignoring responsibilities.

Life is short. Do what makes you happy. Take chances. I think we should treat ourselves with the same kindness we so freely give to the people we love.
