- In my perspective, ๐˜™๐˜Œ๐˜‘๐˜Œ๐˜Š๐˜›๐˜๐˜–๐˜• are shame, jealousy, loneliness, guilt, embarrassment, sadness, anger and social anxiety. You don't want to feel any of those but you can't help it. And it's okay to feel those emotions, it's okay to have a good cry because our brains are wired to respond that way. But, ๐˜™๐˜Œ๐˜‘๐˜Œ๐˜Š๐˜›๐˜๐˜–๐˜• is an opportunity to rediscover and explore different parts of ourselves, and this time better.
