There are days when we may not be able to reply immediately or provide updates right away because we are preparing for and handling another client’s event. On their event day, they are our priority just as your event will be our priority when your special day comes. ❤️
Please know that we are always doing our best to answer inquiries and send updates as soon as we finish our duties. We work under pressure, especially during busy seasons, but we also need enough time and space to properly prepare every detail and make sure we give each client the service they deserve.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, especially 2–4 weeks before the event. Too much pressure during this time can affect our preparation and focus. We want to make sure that when your day comes, everything is prepared and given the attention it deserves.
