I have never bought designer clothes in my life, although I have a few as a gift and from being lucky in the thrift shop. First, because it is crazy expensive! Your girl is not rich. I prefer thrifting or bazaar shopping because it is like treasure hunting, I am thrilled whenever I find a gorgeous outfit for a steal price. Thus, I get to buy more items in a certain amount compared to buying in a mall or branded shops. Don't get me wrong, I don't have anything against those who do. Go with what makes you happy as long as you live within your means. Another reason is I enjoy the process of upcycling and being creative. And most importantly, it is eco-friendly. We can only do much for our dear mother earth.
