Let me tell you for free, bro, there are rules every man must respect if he wants to live like a king and not a clown.

If you don’t follow these, you’ll find yourself stuck, weak, and wondering why life keeps slapping you in the face.

1. Respect yourself first

If you don’t value yourself, no one else will. Self-respect is the foundation of every strong man.
Weakness is a choice, strength is a decision.

2. Never tolerate disrespect
From anyone, women, men, family, or friends. What you tolerate becomes your standard.

3. Purpose over pleasure
Chasing women, parties, or fleeting highs won’t build you into a man of value.
Lock in on your goals. Simps don’t survive here.

4. Control your emotions
Get out of your feelings and into your focus.
A man who can’t control his emotions is a man who will always be controlled by others.

5. Never explain your masculinity
You don’t owe anyone an apology for being strong, assertive, and focused.
Be a strong man, and let them deal with it.

6. Protect your time
Don’t waste it chasing people who bring no value to your life. Time is the one thing you can’t get back.

7. Don’t argue with fools
If you disappoint, you must appear before the council of brotherhood and explain why you’ve decided to waste your energy on people who aren’t worth it.

8. Walk away from toxic women and people
Breast and ass are not good enough reasons to tolerate disrespect or manipulation.
Let the truth be told, you’re either building or destroying yourself every day.

9. Build your body and your mind
Hit the gym, read books, and learn new skills.
A weak man, mentally or physically, will always finish last.

10. Live by your own rules
Step up or step aside.
The world will always try to control you, don’t let it. Be the master of your own destiny.
Stay solid. Learn or perish. And remember, if you fail, fail forward. But if you quit, you’re done.

11. Never underestimate the power of God
As a man,put all you do,your work and struggles on God bcos he is the only one who can make all your doings come through with his power.

Stay solid and take notes.

Our first instinct when criticized is to strike back😡

It's so easy to let pride take over—returning the insult, reacting with our attitude and words.

I must admit that I have been guilty, and at times, I have to work hard at not allowing myself to respond; how about you?

Jesus tells us how to respond to difficult moments in Matthew 5.

Matthew 5:44-45a
"But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; that ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven..."

Jesus Himself was mocked, beaten, and accused, yet He didn't fight back. He responded with love and even prayed for His enemies, showing that LOVE IS MORE POWERFUL THAN VENGEANCE.

1 Peter 3:8-9 goes further to say,
"Finally, everyone must live in harmony, be sympathetic, love each other, have compassion, and be humble.

Don't pay people back with evil for the evil they do to you, or ridicule those who ridicule you.

Instead, bless them, because YOU WERE CALLED TO INHERIT A BLESSING."

Evil wants us to react in frustration and to let our emotions take control without thinking, and that's exactly why evil wins!

The best response to our accusers is repaying evil with a blessing so we can inherit the blessing we are called to as children of God!

When we choose kindness instead of insulting, we silence evil and reflect Christ to the world. And here's the beauty of it, God promises that as we bless others, we will receive His blessing in return.

So the next time someone offends you, pause before responding. Choose kindness over anger and then prepare yourself for a blessing from heaven

PERO nanalo ka Nanalo ka sa karera kahit wala ka pang edukasyon, certificates at kahit anong tulong galing sa iba.

Ngayon ka pa ba gigive up?

Na may mga Paa ka na may mga mata?

May utak ka na, may mga tao nang handa kang suportahan?

Ang lahat ng problema ay may solusyon, at kaya mong harapin.

Hindi ibig sabihin na swertihan na nandito ka sa mundong ito.
