Question: How much?
Answer: P85-95 each flavor; see prices listed below. Please choose among these 10 best selling flavors:

Question: How do I order?
Answer: 1) State your order - which flavors and how many for each flavor; 2) Give me your shipping details including mobile phone number (for JRS Express purposes); 3) After I receive info, I will give you total including JRS Express shipping fee plus our BPI/BDO bank details/Gcash account where you can deposit your payment. (We allow pick up as well for Metro Manila residents.)

Question: Do you accept payment through LBC, Palawan, Cebuana, Western Union etc.?
Answer: No. We accept payment deposit only through BPI or BDO and payment thru GCash.
Question: Can you ship via LBC, Air21, ToGo, Xend etc.?
Answer: No. We ship exclusively through JRS Express; NO EXCEPTIONS (pick up by Lalamove or Grab may however be arranged by buyer).
Question: What is FLOSSUGAR?
Answer: FLOSSUGAR is the resulting product when you mix flossine or cotton candy flavor with ordinary white sugar (refined, granulated etc). Flossugar is the material which you put in the spin head of your machine to make cotton candy.
Question: How many cotton candies can be made for every 1 kg. of flossugar?
Answer: About 40 commercial size cotton candy.
Question: Why don't you sell ready-to-use cotton candy sugar?
Answer: We can make cotton candy sugar (called flossugar) but shipping will be very extremely expensive and will be bulky and need to be boxed. US commercial cotton candy sellers mix their own flossugar to save on shipping cost.
Question: Can you mix for us or we want to buy ready-to-use cotton candy sugar?
Answer: No. See reasons above why we do not sell ready-to-use cotton candy sugar or flossugar. It will not be cost effective for buyers to pay for extra shipping cost as mixing is so easy. Easy to follow mixing instructions is provided per order.
Question: Do you have any mixing instructions?
Answer: Yes; each order of cotton candy flavor concentrates contains easy-to-follow mixing instructions. At any rate, here are the mixing instructions:
1. Mix entire contents of each packet/flavor with 1 kilogram of ordinary white sugar; stir with a spoon/fork to disperse the flossine well. This mixture is called flossugar.
2. Add 6 ml of water to the flossugar & mix. Transfer to a container with lid/cover for storage & shake well. This will give you deeper/more vivid color.
Congratulations! You are done. Your flossugar is now ready to use!
CAUTION: DO NOT EXCEED 6 ml OF WATER TO EVERY KILOGRAM OF FLAVORED SUGAR. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL CREATE SUGAR THAT WON'T MELT PROPERLY. Suggest that you use a medicine dropper or a medicine dosage cup for measuring the amount of water to be added.
Question: Can I choose flavors?
Answer: Yes. See flavors listed above. These are OFFICIAL flavors of Gold Medal Products Company USA.
Question: How soon can I receive my order?
Answer: We ship on the same day we receive your payment if done before the 12Noon JRS Express cut-off time. You can expect delivery of your order the following day or at worst after 2 days. Additionally, we will provide you with the JRS Express tracking number as soon as we ship your order. You can check status of your shipment in the JRS website if you do not receive it the following day. You can also call the Records Section of JRS Express in case of further delays; their phone number - 8-631-7351. For this purpose, you will need to give the tracking number number, consignee and address and sender's name - Paterno Bacani.
There will be no shipping on Sundays and holidays as courier is closed on these days.
Question: Do you allow pick ups; if so, where?
Answer: Yes; see below for details & landmarks:

Question: How do I pay for my orders?
Answer: You can deposit your payment in our accounts with BPI or BDO. Complete bank details will be provided when you order. Payment thru GCash now also available. WE DO NOT ACCEPT OTHER MODES OF PAYMENT.
Question: How much is the quantity for each flavor?
Answer: Because these are strong flavor CONCENTRATES, you only need one (1) tablespoon per flavor to mix with 1 kg. of white sugar. Each flavor therefore is pre-measured at 1 tbsp for mixing with 1 kg. of white sugar. Each flavor when mixed with 1 kg. of white sugar is called FLOSSUGAR which is ready to use with your cotton candy machine. Mixing instructions provided per order. . Gold Medal USA recommends this mixing ratio. (THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT COMMERCIAL COTTON CANDY SELLERS IN THE USA DO). The recommended measurement is by VOLUME rather than weight. Therefore, I am unable to tell you the number of grams for each flavor pack.
Question: How much flossugar is needed to make 1 commercial size cotton candy?
Answer: Your commercial cotton candy machine is usually provided with a scooper. You need one scoop to make one cotton candy. If you think this is not enough, please add more as appropriate.
Question: Can we add food color to have more vivid colors?
Answer: The flavor concentrates are already pre-colored as shown in some of the pictures in this FB page. However, if you wish to have much deeper colors, yes you can add food color but use the liquid type not the powdered one. The powdered food color could possibly clog your machine. HOWEVER, DO NOT OVERDO IT as you may create flossugar that won't melt properly because of the excess liquid. Remember, you have already added 6 ml of water when you first mixed the flavor concentrates and sugar. Therefore, I suggest you substitute 1ml of water for every ml of food color you wish to add.
