⭐Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Additional training or certification in Food and Beverage Management or Japanese Cuisine is a plus.
💼Work Experience:
At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations or sales management, preferably in a Japanese or Asian dining setup.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets, cost control, and daily restaurant operations management.
Experience in staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
💡Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent sales and marketing skills — ability to create and implement promotional campaigns to drive revenue.
Good understanding of Japanese food culture, menu items, and service standards.
Knowledgeable in restaurant financials: budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and cost efficiency.
Ability to ensure quality control, food safety, and compliance with health and sanitation standards.
