Network marketing is one of the industries that have a high attrition rate.
Ano ba ‘yung attrition rate? Ito ‘yung kalkulasyon ng bilang ng mga taong umalis sa isang organisasyon o kumpanya over a specified time frame.
In fact, research has found that at a minimum, 50% of people drop out of MLM within their first year. After five years, 90% to 95% or more have dropped out, and after 10 years, almost everyone has dropped out.
Despite the fact that network marketing is the fastest growing business model in the world today, that’s according to Robert Kiyosaki, bakit ang dami pa ring umaalis?
Dahil tulad ng ibang industriya, hindi lahat ng kumpanya ay pare-pareho. Maraming pwedeng dahilan—mula sa produkto, sistema, mga tao, at pera o kita.
O ‘di kaya naman ay napangakuan ng mabilisang pagyaman. Pwede ring hindi handa sa trabaho na kaakibat ng tagumpay sa industriyang ito.
Network marketing has been around for over 50 years. Me? I’ve been with a network marketing company for years now.
If there’s one thing I’m very proud of—it’s the culture and system Lifestyles has. Tulad ng ibang industriya, hindi ito perpekto. And the flaws that it has are what makes it real and relatable.
