Dearest H2GO customers. First of all, we would like to thank you sincerely for your continued patronage with our services as your water provider. However we regret to inform you that we will temporarily suspend our delivery service due to the worsening condition involving COVID-19.

Our local government units have already informed us of the numbers of affected persons within our city and nearby barangay areas. And as a responsible citizen and as concerned service provider, we will only be accepting walk-in customers. This is to ensure that we prevent the spread of COVID-19 and also, that we comply with our government's mandate.

We will inform everyone when we will resume our delivery service.

1. We really take time in cleaning your gallons because we believe that our commitment in serving you the CLEANEST, PUREST and SAFEST drinking water begins with a CLEAN GALLON.

2. If your order is ALKALINE WATER, because Alkaline Ionizing Machine supply a trickle of water only because of its process of removing acid.

3. We follow the FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.

4. Due to bad weather.

We from H2GO DEPOT, DO NOT ONLY REFILL your gallons but we make sure that it is thoroughly CLEAN especially the faucet where your drinking water pass through.
