This will be the first time that I will talk about this here in public.
If you remember, in the middle of the TTW Book pre-order, the book shop name was changed in connection with the new owners' wish. The page was sold because I knew to myself that I wouldn’t be able to handle this because I am a graduating student and my my OJT was during that period.
The only reason that my name is still associated with the page because I was the one who was registered with PPC. That’s why you’ll see my name once you visit the list of PPC authorized resellers.
I haven’t managed the page for months because I am preparing for the LET Exam next year and I am currently a volunteer teacher.
This month, October, or last week ng Sept ata when Mona, an admin, messaged me saying na hindi na nag reply si Grace, nagkakaproblema and shipment and all. That’s why I take the responsibility to solve the issue as much as I can because kasi alam kong madadawit yung pangalan ko lalo na’t nagpapanic na ang mga buyers ng book shop. Which I understand, because who wouldn’t? There has been no response to the messages that you’ve sent.There was no shipment happened.
I just want to clarify also that wala pong kinalaman si Ms. LegendArie sa problema ng shop. She sent a message asking what happened and wishing for us to solve all of these issues circulating right now. And I am grateful to her for that. She was the one who advised me to release a statement also so you will know what’s really happening.
I wouldn’t force you to believe me, but I am doing my best to mapaship lahat ng books ninyo sa lalong madaling panahon. It’s not my responsibility anymore because I am only labeled as co-owner for the sake of the authorization sa PPC, but I don’t want to pabayaan kayo dahil mabilis lang ang karma, especially na magtitake ako ng exam year hopefully. I don’t want to put myself at risk just because dahil lang iniscam ko kayo or what. Our shipper already changed her address para ma successful ang pick up. Sometimes may nakacancel talaga and it’s out of her hands dahil kahit rider na mismo ang tatawag to say na icancel nalang muna ang na booked na mga orders. She was also having difficulty because she is a student, and the f2f class was being simulated.
Grace, I trusted you, but it turned out na mali. I already gave you days to reply with our messages. Even If you de-activated lahat ng account mo, I will still file a complaint once hindi ka nagpakita sa date na binigay namin sayo.
