To those who are doing booking of Airfare through onlines👉👉👉
On December 14, 2023 around 12AM I made my booking through TRAVELOKA site from Manila to Caticlan vise versa.
During the payment process it was FAILED! So, I attempted to do another booking again just to get the cheapest airline ticket and again it was FAILED.
After 5 minutes I received an SMS message from my RCBC Credit Card informing me that 2 Bookings i made was successfully processed and deducted from my Credit Card.
I called up RCBC Customer Service just to validate the SMS message and it was confirmed that P11K+++ and P12K+++ was successfully processed and deducted from my Credit Card.
I checked my email and surprisingly i was received two (2) electronic tickets with the same name of Passengers, same flights, and same airlines.
I sent email to TRAVELOKA immediately informing them the incident happened. And requesting them to REFUND either 1st or 2nd Booking.
Traveloka Customer Service cannot handle my concerns properly, because they sent me different respond that looks like they are not coordinating or reading previous emails.
And I ended up that my REFUND CLAIM was denied for because the booking was only a promo and non refunded. Its very hard to make them understand the incident happened was their fault, Or they just only doing alibi because what happend during my booking was an SCAM!!!
✅ They will attracted you with low airfare.
✅ Booking will be failed so that you will make another booking again. So its double booking and you cannot refund because the ticket is non refundable.
IN SHORT MAS NAPAMAHAL KA PA.SA TICKET NA BINILI MO😅😅😅

1. WAG MAG BOOK NG DOBLE SA LOOB NG ISANG ARAW.
2. TAWAGAN ANG CREDIT CARD MO AGAD CHECK KONG MAY NAG PROCEED NA PAYMENT O WALA PARA SIGURADO BAGO KA MAG BOOK ULIT
3. CHECK YOUR EMAIL OR SPAM KONG MAY NAG EMAIL NG TICKET.
