There’s something quietly powerful about a cup of local pour-over coffee.

It’s not just the clarity in the cup or the gentle bloom as hot water meets freshly ground beans—it’s the story behind it. From highland farms where cherries are handpicked under the sun, to careful processing that preserves each bean’s character, every step is intentional. You can taste the land, the climate, the patience.

Pour-over slows everything down. It asks you to be present—to watch, to wait, to appreciate. The steady spiral of water, the aroma opening up layer by layer, the first sip that reveals notes you didn’t expect. It’s a ritual, not just a drink.

Having utility wear for everyday operations is not just for the aesthetic — it made sense for how we actually move behind the bar.

From dialing in espresso shots to prepping small bites, restocking, cleaning, and jumping between stations, the work is constant and hands-on. We needed something that could keep up.

Functional pockets, durable fabric for the whole shift, and a fit that allows us to move freely through every part of the day. It is simple, functional, and intentional, just like how we approach our coffee.

Because in a space where everyone does a bit of everything, what we wear should work just as hard as we do.

日々のオペレーションのためにユーティリティウェアを取り入れることは、単なる見た目のためではありません。実際にカウンターの内側でどう動くかを考えたときに、理にかなっているからです。

エスプレッソの抽出調整から軽食の準備、補充、清掃、そして各ポジション間の移動まで、仕事は常に動き続ける実践的なものです。それに対応できるものが必要でした。

機能的なポケット、シフトを通して耐えられる丈夫な生地、そして一日を通して自由に動けるフィット感。シンプルで機能的、そして意図のある設計——それは私たちのコーヒーへの向き合い方と同じです。

誰もがあらゆる役割を担うこの空間では、身に着けるものもまた、私たちと同じくらい働くべきなのです。

As we close another year, our hearts are full.

What started as a simple idea has become a space filled with familiar faces, shared conversations, quiet moments, and genuine connections. To everyone who has been with us since Day 1, and to those who found their way to us along the journey, your constant support means more than words can ever express.
