Why people need more life & health insurance & savings plans?
1) A lot of people are not living longer but DYING LONGER.
Meaning, 30yo pa lang, diabetic na. Long term medical fund.
2) On average, medical expenses to cure critical illness (CI) amount to 1/3 a normal person's life savings - say a person can save 10M in his lifetime. 3M agad non, pang CI nya lang.
3) The inflation in medical cost (8.5%) is always bigger & faster than the increase in salary.
4) Trend: Savings Interest rate continues to decrease, while Cost of Living increases.
5) Longevity Risk: Savings run out earlier than Life Span. Save more, saver early.
