Due to the large number of unclaimed parcels currently stored in our small bodega, we can no longer guarantee the condition or contents of the items inside the pouches. As some parcels have been left unclaimed for several years, we are planning to dispose of or donate all orders from 2023–2025, whether paid or unpaid, by July 2026.

If you believe you still have an unclaimed parcel with us, please send us a message through our page as soon as possible.

Please note that we can no longer guarantee the exact condition of the items, as these parcels have been stored for a long period of time.

⏳ LAST CALL: June 30, 2026

Any parcel that remains unclaimed after this date will be donated or disposed of. We need to clear our storage space and organize our small bodega.

We kindly ask everyone to be responsible for their orders. If you know you have a pending parcel, please arrange pickup during our scheduled pickup dates. If you're unable to do so, there are several delivery options available, such as Lalamove, J&T Express, and other courier services.
