This notice serves as a formal reminder regarding our established policies for product returns and exchanges. Please be advised that we strictly prohibits the return of tampered items.
𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
In the event that an item is damaged during transit, we require full adherence to the following documentation process to facilitate a resolution:
𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Items must be returned exactly as they were received upon unboxing.
𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: A continuous, clear, and unedited unboxing video must be provided. This documentation is essential for our internal verification and insurance claims.
𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆:
We recently encountered an instance involving a shipment to Paumbong, Bulacan, where a return was initiated under the claim of "damaged item." Upon inspection, it was determined that the item had been significantly tampered with and original parts had been swapped.
Please be aware that our technical team conducts thorough inspections on all returns. Any evidence of unauthorized customization, parts swapping, or physical tampering will result in the immediate denial of your return request and may lead to a permanent restriction of your purchasing privileges.
