Tropical Cyclone Update
5AM, October 19, 2025
Tropical storm Ramil is now crossing Quezon province.
At 4 a.m. Sunday, it was over the coastal waters of Alabat, Quezon. It packs winds of 65 kph with gusts up to 90 kph and is moving west northwestward at 25 kph.

central and southern Nueva Vizcaya
central and southern Benguet
central and southern La Union
Pangasinan
Aurora
Nueva Ecija
Bulacan
Tarlac
Pampanga
northern and central Zambales
northern and central Rizal
northern Laguna
northern and eastern Quezon including Polillo Islands
Camarines Norte
northwestern Camarines Sur
Meanwhile, the rest of Metro Manila and 32 other areas in Luzon and Eastern Visayas are under signal no. 1.
Ramil will make another landfall over Quezon this morning then cross the Southern-Central Luzon area before emerging over the West Philippine Sea later this afternoon or evening.
It may exit the Philippine area of responsibility Monday morning or noon.
The storm will dump significant rains over Luzon and Western Visayas this Sunday, with up to intense rains possible over Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Southern Luzon, and western Panay.
