4.Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer, unless indicated as free shipping.
5. Total bill must be FULLY PAID before shipping.
6. No return no exchange policy. All items are inspected before they are dispatched.
7. Once we forward the package to the courier company, it then becomes their FULL RESPONSIBILITY to deliver it to you. We won’t be held liable for any losses or damages which may occur on the course of delivery.
8.It is your responsibility to follow up to the courier company if there's any delay. All receipts with tracking number will be uploaded in the fan page for your reference.
